The buffalo mozzarella or mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is probably one the most famous Italian product. Made from the fresh milk of the Campanian buffalo cows, the Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella is tasty and delicate with a nice golden brown color and a delicious milky flavor.
Allow mozzarella to come to room temperature before serving (20-30 min) . This will accentuate the flavors and aromas.
