12 MEDIUM FINE DE CLAIRE MARENNES OLERON OYSTERS
It was back in 1930 that François Louvet and his wife created the “Glacière Cancalaise”. After a some years of inactivity, in 1968, his daughter Marie-Anne son-in-law Joseph Pichot resumed business. From here things developed very rapidly: two years later the “Les Parcs Saint Kerber” brand was established, and the first products were exported, bringing these oysters to the finest tables around the world.
